You might have some questions.

  • What can I expect from your monthly newsletter?

We plan on us getting pretty close. We will share lists of what we’re listening to or watching that has helped us heal, plans for features we are working to implement, and key takeaways from books we’re reading so that you don’t have to. I am sure we will also be sharing when things go piss-poor. Thanks for ur readership in advance ~*

  • How do I navigate the cheatsheets in a way that will be most beneficial to me?

Start with the overview to see if the content resonates, then move into the cheatsheet. If you’re aware that you have some impairments in some obvious areas, I’d say start there. Over time, once you start observing yourself unmasking, it might be interesting to revisit the other sections and see if anything new comes up. In the coming months, we will be adding workbooks and updating with new material frequently so that there are more interactive ways to work through it!

  • Wild guess, but I feel like people might wonder, "Who gave her the audacity to tell me I have autism?"

Honestly, this year I am learning to believe in myself because I know my brain is truly capable of metacognitive genius. I diagnosed myself with ADHD and Autism before any psychiatrist ever took me seriously. My brain used to frighten me and I used to gaslight myself too, so I paid for an assessment to put an end to my own incessant questioning and doubting myself. I hope I can at least save you the money and effort of pursuing a diagnosis, and I hope you’ll benefit from the ability to openly be yourself here while you grapple with the trauma that will eventually give you the audacity to walk through the world with an unshakeable belief in yourself too.
